Has anyone else been relentlessly contacted by Direct Recovery Associates?

I’ve been getting constant calls and letters from Direct Recovery Associates about a debt. The calls feel really aggressive and happen at all hours, which is starting to feel like harassment. I’m trying to figure out my rights and how to make it stop. I found a site that talks about options for dealing with this kind of situation, which you can see here. Has anyone had a similar experience with them or have advice on the best way to handle it?
